Business Coaching + Mentorship

One-on-One Coaching

$150 per hour

Chat one-one with Ashlee to discuss business questions, challenges, directions etc. Coaching is intended as needed on a short-term basis.

Sessions are based on an hourly rate over the phone.

Mentorship

$750 for 6 sessions

Mentoring is a long-term coaching relationship with Ashlee where we look at where you are + where you want to be, + how we will get you there. Mentorships can be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly + provide on-going support. Mentorship packages start with 6 one-hour phone sessions + must be used within 8 months from initial session.

About me

Hello! I'm Ashlee Erlinger!

A little about how we got here! I joined the event industry in 2004 + never looked back. I got bit by the entrepreneurial bug early on since my parents both owned businesses. So after learning the wedding ropes, I launched Signed Sealed Delivered Events with the intent to provide couples + their families a joyful planning experience throughout the engagement.

SSD Event’s Addicted to Love brand complete with heart-shaped sunnies, has become well recognized throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area to couples, their families, + industry vendors alike which makes my heart swell bigger than the Grinch’s.

I’m super proud that our hopelessly devoted wedding planning team has brought home some serious accolades starting with Rookie of the Year. We’ve subsequently been the two time winner of Rockstar of the Year, the seven time winner of Wedding Planner of the Year, + most recently, I won the Mentor of the Year.

If that wasn’t humbling enough, SSD Events has been featured in several blogs + publications. While creating “happily ever afters” was my first passion, helping others live their dreams became a close second! I find joy in educating aspiring planners + cheering on fellow business owners. After so many years of doing it for fun, I bought the domain and HOORAY! Love Lead Inspire was born!

On a personal note, I live in my hometown of Belleville, IL with my love connection Jason, our baby Gunnar + furbaby Holly.

In my off time, when I’m not soaking up baby snuggles (of both the human + fur kind), I strive for domestic goddess status by baking heart shaped desserts (always with sprinkles), growing plants, crafting homemade valentines, + expressing a never ending home decor obsession. I start my days with a cup of ambition (or 2) + can most definitely be caught singing boy bands with my team.
